wicked4kids has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and a quality internet experience for children.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.
Our online survey asks e-zine subscribers for contact information (eg: e-mail address) and demographic information (eg: age, postal / zip code, etc).
All information provided to wicked4kids is voluntary, and we do not restrict access to any area of the wicked4kids site if users choose not to complete our survey.
The only activity where some information provision is required is the
e-zine, where we require a valid e-mail address to enable us to deliver it.
Our survey questions are customised for children and adults.
We do not ask children any information which could be used to identify them personally (eg: last name, etc) and we strongly encourage children have parental permission before completing our survey.
See our Children's Guidelines below.
We use the contact data from our surveys to send the user information about the wicked4kids site, including the wicked4kids e-zine.
We use other data to provide us with an idea of the type of visitor who comes to wicked4kids.
This helps us build a better site for you to enjoy!
We ask for children's date of birth - this information is used to send children an electronic birthday card.
We do not provide any individual information about our users to anyone outside wicked4kids, unless you have specifically given permission for this.
Sometime, however, we may provide collated statistical data about our visitors (eg: the average age of our visitors, or a breakdown of which country they come from).
This collated data contains no individual or identifiable personal information.
